Data Controller

For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, ji96 acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) with respect to personal data collected from Players through the ji96 Platform.

As PIC, ji96 determines the purposes for which your personal data is collected and the means by which it is processed. Where ji96 engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf — for example, payment processing partners such as GCash or PayMaya, or third-party live casino software providers — those parties act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) and are contractually required to process data only in accordance with ji96's instructions and applicable Philippine law.

  • Right to Lodge a Complaint — You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated.

Some rights are subject to limitations under applicable law. For example, ji96 cannot erase transaction records that it is legally required to retain under the Anti-Money Laundering Act. ji96 will explain any such limitation in its response to your request.

Children's Privacy

The ji96 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations. ji96 does not knowingly collect or process personal data from persons under 21 years of age.

Where ji96 discovers or receives reliable information indicating that personal data of a person under 21 has been collected — whether due to falsified registration information or any other reason — ji96 will immediately close the associated Account, delete or block the personal data to the extent permitted by law, and take such further steps as are required by applicable regulation.

If you are a parent or guardian and have reason to believe that a person under 21 in your care has registered an account with ji96, please contact us immediately via the channels described in Section 15 of this Policy.

International Data Transfers

ji96's primary Platform infrastructure is hosted within data centers that meet international security standards. In the ordinary course of its operations, ji96 may transfer certain personal data to processors or sub-processors located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or live casino software partners.

Where such international transfers occur, ji96 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including:

Continued use of the ji96 Platform following the publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
