You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the ji96 Platform. This requirement is mandated by applicable Philippine gambling law. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering. ji96 employs KYC verification to enforce this requirement and will immediately close any Account found to be held by a person under 21, withholding any funds pending regulatory guidance.
The ji96 Platform is operated for players in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ji96 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited. You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register Accounts on the Platform.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The opening of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment method identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.
To register a ji96 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a secure password. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.
ji96 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information you provide at any time. If you provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any point thereafter, ji96 may suspend or permanently close your Account and void any associated balances or winnings, without liability to you.
Account registration does not create any employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and ji96. Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your Account or any interest in it to any third party.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
All activities conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — are deemed to have been conducted by you. ji96 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account unless such access results directly from a security failure on the part of ji96's own systems.
You must notify ji96 immediately via the live chat support function or by email to [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ji96 may, at its sole discretion, temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security concern.
Important: ji96 will never ask you to provide your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not respond to any communication claiming to be from ji96 that requests your password.
ji96 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment methods displayed in the cashier section of the Platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless a specific promotion or payment method specifies a different minimum. ji96 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice published on the Platform.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Account in real time. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are subject to standard interbank processing times. ji96 is not responsible for delays arising from the payment processing systems of third-party financial institutions.
By depositing funds, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the lawful owner of the funds deposited; (b) the funds are not derived from any illegal activity; and (c) your use of the Platform complies with all applicable anti-money laundering laws of the Philippines. ji96 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act requirements and may request supporting documentation for any deposit.
If a deposit fails to credit to your Account, you must contact ji96 support with the payment reference number and proof of transaction. ji96 will investigate and, where the payment is confirmed, manually credit the amount. ji96 is not liable for amounts lost due to technical failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals from your ji96 Account are subject to the following conditions:
ji96 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check your provider's terms for details.
ji96 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to promotion-specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer on the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting wagering requirement vulnerabilities, or coordinating with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes — is a material breach of these Terms. ji96 reserves the right to void all winnings derived from abusive bonus activity and to permanently close any Account engaged in such conduct.
All games available on the ji96 Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rule shall prevail for that game.
All non-live casino games on the ji96 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG certification confirms that outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by ji96 or any third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji96's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ji96 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ji96 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." ji96 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods, technical failures, and third-party service interruptions may affect Platform availability from time to time.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ji96's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ji96 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of applicable withdrawal verification requirements. Any uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of Account closure will result in forfeiture of associated Bonus Funds.
ji96 may suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Where ji96 closes your Account due to regulatory, legal, or AML-related concerns, ji96 may be required by law to withhold your Account balance pending further investigation or regulatory instruction. ji96 will communicate with you regarding such situations to the extent permitted by applicable law.
ji96 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect your rights as a Player or the costs of using the Platform — ji96 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by publishing a notice on the Platform's homepage or by sending a notification to your registered email address.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ji96 Platform, you agree to first contact ji96 through the official support channels — live chat or [email protected] — to attempt an informal resolution. ji96 will use reasonable commercial efforts to resolve your complaint within a reasonable timeframe.
If informal resolution is not achieved, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
